PAMELA S. FALK is CBS News Correspondent based at the United Nations, where she reports on air for CBS News TV & Radio and writes for cbsnews.com. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

​

She is the former Staff Director of the Western Hemisphere Subcommittee of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and President of the U.N. Correspondents Association -2014. She has worked in government, law, academics and the press.

She received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and her Ph.D. from New York University.
